Terms

An order is accepted only when the House has dispatched it. Until dispatch, the House may cancel an order for any reason and refund it in full.

Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and include applicable United Kingdom taxes. Duties for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise.

The House's liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
