The thirty-day window
The 100ml Scathach Valour bottle may be returned to the House within thirty days of receipt, provided the seal has not been broken. The 5ml discovery vial is yours to keep either way.
How to return
Write to the House at the Contact page with your order number. We will send return instructions and a prepaid label for United Kingdom returns. International returns are handled case by case.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven working days of the House receiving the sealed bottle.
Artefacts
Artefacts sold to members of The Circle are considered final unless faulty. Please write to us within seven days of receipt if there is a fault.
